If you find something unfit or offensive, this will not affect us in any way. We do not take control of all the content coming online. We might also save your data and reveal it to the officials if required. This disclosure can be crucial for any of our personal or business reasons.
The Customer Can Not Reject the Final Products without Legit Reasons
As you have already provided us with your colours and designs, we will try our level best to make the same designs and colours on your products. But there are some barriers to which we can deliver you the correct pattern or colour. You agree with these checks and will not blame us for any of the colour mixes. The final result might not be quite like you expected. We strive hard to make it the best reflection of your work.
Payment Order Placement and Cancellations
After you have settled on all your choices and signed up with us, we will still not work on your order until we do not get full payment from your side. It may include all the shipping and handling fees or taxes. You have to pay all of this before we can start working on your whole order. You can pay your charges by using a credit card or any other valid method of submitting money online.
If you have paid your fees, you will need to give us the proof as a hard copy print of the payment. Further, if you want to make any changes or cancel the order, do it within a time limit of 4 hours. This cancellation of an order will cost you a few percent of the total order you were placing.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not content with the delivery that Swift Boxes has given you, inform us within 3 business days. Also, make sure that the products are harmed in any way. If you want full refunds and desire to return the products that will not be the case. But, if there is any issue from our side, we will reprint your products for you. If it is not a mistake by us, then we are not responsible for it.
